Use:

Recommended where roof is to be protected against excessive heating causing expansion and extraction of the roof coat. Due to its properties it is to be used where adverse weather conditions prevail such as: salt spray, frequent precipitations or significant temperature variations. Recommended where aggressive air pollutants are present, in industrial areas (acid rain, smog etc.)

Color:

Paint can be coloured using water paint pigments or general-purpose pigments. Before adding a pigment, products must be checked for mutual tolerance (using small samples). 

Ingredients:

Water (about 24%), acrylic dispersion - acrylic latex, binder (about 27%), ceramic fillers - borosilicate hollow microspheres (about 4%), additives: defoamers, wetting agents, dispersing agents, biocide (about 3,5%).

Theoretical spreading rate 1,47 m2/l. PRACTICAL SPREADING RATE depends on application method, surface conditions, overspray etc.

Transport and Storage:

The product should be stored in sealed packaging in temperatures between +5?C and +30?C. Protect against frost. 

Method of use:

All surfaces to be coated must be clean and free of any dust, oil, grease or dirt. High pressure water washing is recommended. Before application, any loosely adhered coating must be removed and bare surfaces must be carefully restored. Prime the substrate, depending on the type, with primer PP-18 (roofing paper, asphalt, bituminous substrates) or AP-24 (concrete, ceramic tiles, roofing systems incorporating asbestos). Bituminous coats and asphalt roofing papers which are liable to cracking and crevice generation must be reinforced by gluing a reinforcing polypropylene fabric W-60. Rusted areas of steel surfaces must be cleaned and primed using anticorrosive paint CP-5 or the whole surface must be protected against rust with acrylic primer CP-8. Stir well before use. The coating is applied to prepared substrate using long nap roller or hydrodynamic spray. Brush may be used when painting small areas.  Recommended thickness of dry layer 300 ? for slape roof, 600? for flate roof.
