Use:

Filling of small cracks and voids in wood and wood-based surfaces, and concealing irregularities of floor surfaces, wood panelling and furniture surfaces. Intended for indoor use.

Color:

White, spruce, pine, beech, oak, stone pine, sweet cherry, dark oak, walnut, rosewood.

Ingredients:

Water, styrene acrylic dispersion, wood flour, performance additives, colours.

Capacity:

250g; 800g

Wear and Tear:

~ 1.2 kg/m2  with 1 mm thick coat

Transport and Storage:

Store in tightly closed containers at temperature from +5?C to +25?C. Protect from frost.
 

Method of use:

Substrate must be dry, clean, free from dust and loose particles, and of good mechanical strength. Remove any organic impurities using suitable preparations. Once squeezed out of the tube smooth the putty out with a putty knife and polish with sand paper. Where the cracks are wider than 1 mm apply putty gradually. Next layer can be reapplied after the previous one is dried i.e. after approx. 2 h. The surface can be varnished, coated with paint, stain or wax. Do not use below 5?C.

Tools:

Putty knife, steel or plastic float. Wash with water after use.

Notes:

All product data are given for ambient temperature of + 20?C and wood humidity of 6 to 15% with relative air humidity of 60%. Where work is carried out in different conditions the product drying time will be longer or shorter. Application should be performed if the ambient and substrate temperatures are within the range of +5?C to +25?C with relative air humidity not exceeding 80%.

Recycling:

The best way to dispose of the remainder of the product is to use it up or pass it to someone else. Do not dump in sewage system. Dispose of container in plastic container waste disposal site.
