Use:

Impregnant is intended for preservation of wooden objects used both indoor and outdoor. Suitable for preservations of arbours, fences, building linings, construction woodwork and window woodwork. Recommended as a ground coat for lacquers and enamel paint.

Color:

Transparent, pine-brown, oak-brown, teak-brown, mahogany, fir-brown, nut-brown, rosewood-brown.

Ingredients:

Alkyd resin, organic solvent, pigments, wood preservatives, auxiliary agents.

Capacity:

 0,8l; 1l; 3l; 5l; 10l

Wear and Tear:

Depending on substrate absorbing capacity: up to 12 m2/l, single coat.
Transport and Storage:

RID ADR: UN 1263, class 3 item 31 c, warning label 3, packaging class III . Impregnant must be stored in tight containers at the temperature between +5?C and +25?C.

Method of use:

Surfaces to be impregnated must be clean, dry and degreased. Stir repeatedly before and during use as the pigments contained in the impregnant tend to settle. Apply 1-2 coats depending on the desired colour intensity. After about 10 minutes from the application of the coloured impregnant spread the coat in direction of wood rings using brush. Apply second coat once the first one is completely dry i.e. after approx. 6 hours. The resultant colour intensity may differ from that shown on the packaging, depending on wood type and the number of coats applied. Do not dilute. Where the surface was pre-painted preserve the surface with colourless impregnant. Apply product with brush or by rubbing with cotton pad or immersion. Do not apply by spraying.

 Tools:

Brush, cotton pad or immersion tool. Wash the tools with alkyd product solvent after work.

 Notes:

All information related to the product is provided for the ambient temperature of +20?C and humidity of wood from 6% to 15% for relative humidity of air 60%. Working in other conditions will result in an increase or decrease of the product's drying time. Work should be carried out when ambient and ground temperature fluctuates between +5?C and +25?C, while relative humidity does not exceed 80%.

Recycling:

The best way to dispose of the remaining product is to use it up or give to another person. Do not pour into the sewerage system. Dispose of the packaging by placing it in a container for metal waste.

The limit of VOC according to directive 2004/42/CE for this product: (cat.A/h/SB) 750g/l (2007). The product contains maximum 740g/l.
